MORE THAN WHAT YOU SEE
The Termites You See May Not Be the Whole Problem.
Termites can travel underground and enter a structure in multiple locations. Visible activity may not represent the only area where termites are present. Pestora begins with an inspection, addresses active locations directly when appropriate, and then develops a treatment plan around the structure and its construction.
Termites may remain hidden before obvious signs appear.
South Carolina Treatment Standards
Pestora performs termite treatments according to applicable South Carolina treatment standards, registered product labels, and the construction of the structure.

Built for the Way Your Home Is Built
We treat crawlspaces, supported slabs, garages, porches and more. The method adapts to the home’s construction.
How a Liquid Termite Treatment Protects Your Home
1
Exterior: Trench & Treat
Where appropriate, a narrow trench is created beside applicable foundation areas and treated according to the selected termite treatment system.
2
Slab: Drill & Treat
Applicable slab areas and potential termite entry points may require drilling and treatment according to the structure and treatment plan.
3
Crawlspace: Foundation Protection
Crawlspace treatment may involve foundation walls, piers, supports, soil areas, and other potential entry locations depending on construction.
Different Foundations. One Complete Treatment Plan.
Pestora adapts the treatment technique to the construction of the home rather than using the same method on every structure.

The Pestora Termite Treatment Process
01 Inspect
Perform a thorough inspection to identify visible activity, construction type, and potential entry areas.
02 Treat Active Areas
When active termites are found, Pestora may use an appropriate direct treatment such as targeted liquid treatment, foam, or Actisol application.
03 Establish Protection
Perform the selected whole-structure treatment according to construction, treatment method, and applicable standards.
04 Complete & Restore
Remove accessible termite shelter tubes where appropriate and patch treatment drill holes.
05 Bond & Inspect Annually

When Active Termites Are in Accessible Wood
Pestora does not automatically treat every piece of crawlspace wood. When active termite activity is found in accessible wood, an appropriate direct treatment may be used where warranted.
- Targeted liquid application
- Foam treatment
- Actisol application
- Borate treatment such as Bora-Care where appropriate
The selected method depends on activity, accessibility, construction, and the treatment plan. Not every termite treatment includes a borate application.

Frequently Asked Questions

A professional inspection determines the appropriate scope. Because termites can enter a structure in more than one location, Pestora develops the plan around the structure rather than treating only one visible spot.
Where appropriate, a narrow trench is created beside applicable foundation areas and treated according to the selected termite treatment system and registered product label.
Applicable slab areas and potential termite entry points may require drilling so treatment can reach areas beside or beneath the concrete. The need and placement depend on the structure and treatment plan.
Yes. Treatment drill holes are patched after service as part of completing and restoring the treated areas.
Yes. Crawlspace treatment may involve foundation walls, piers or supports, soil areas, and other potential termite entry locations depending on the home’s construction.
Yes. Pestora offers professionally installed and monitored termite bait stations as an alternative protection option.
A termite bond is included with qualifying treatment agreements. Coverage and renewal terms are defined in the written agreement.
A retreatment bond provides covered retreatment if termite activity returns while the agreement remains active. A repair-bond upgrade can add eligible termite-damage repair coverage, subject to the written agreement.
Pestora schedules an annual termite inspection according to the active termite-protection agreement.
Avoid disturbing the area, note where you saw the swarmers or discarded wings, and schedule a professional termite inspection.
