- Your name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Service address and property details relevant to the service
- Information you include in a quote or service request (for example, the pest issue you are seeing)
- Messages and other communications you send to Pestora
Our website forms do not currently accept photo uploads. If a photo would help us understand a pest problem, we may ask you to text it to us.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the website, certain information may be collected automatically by Pestora or by the service providers that help us run and measure the site, such as:
- IP address and approximate geographic location
- Browser type, device type and operating system
- The page or source that referred you to the site
- Pages viewed, links clicked and other interaction or event data
- Date and time of visits
- Cookie identifiers and, where enabled, advertising or conversion identifiers
Most of this information is processed automatically by analytics and advertising tools. Pestora does not personally review every visitor’s browsing data; we use it in aggregate to understand how the website is used and how our advertising performs.

Pestora does not currently use email or text messaging for promotional marketing campaigns. Our communications are about the services you have requested or received.
Text Messages and Mobile Communications
If you provide a mobile number, Pestora may send you transactional and service-related text messages, such as:
- Quote-related communication

Pestora does not currently use text messaging for promotional or marketing campaigns.
Message frequency varies depending on your service. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or reply HELP for assistance. No sale or sharing of SMS consent.
Pestora does not sell or share SMS opt-in data, mobile numbers, or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is used only to communicate with you about your quote, appointments and service.
Email Communications

Pestora does not currently operate general promotional email marketing campaigns. If that changes, this policy will be updated and any marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe.
Payments
Pestora.com does not currently provide a direct website checkout, and Pestora does not collect or store full payment-card numbers on this website.
Payments may be processed through third-party services such as Stripe and GorillaDesk (our service-management platform) or payment services integrated with GorillaDesk. Those providers handle payment-card information under their own privacy and security practices.
Pestora may receive transaction-related information from these services, such as payment status, invoice status, amount paid, customer or account details, and limited payment metadata, which we keep as part of your service and accounting records.
Cookies, Analytics and Advertising Technologies
The website may use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes:
- Necessary website functionality — keeping the site working, secure and responsive.
- Analytics — understanding how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
- Advertising and conversion measurement — where enabled, measuring whether our online advertising leads to quote requests or calls.
Services we use
Google Analytics — We use Google Analytics to measure website traffic and usage. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes browser, device, usage and approximate location information according to Google’s Privacy Policy. You can learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Google Ads conversion measurement — Our Google tag is configured to work with Google Ads so that, when we run Google Ads campaigns, Google can measure whether an ad click led to an action on our site (for example, a quote request). This uses Google advertising cookies and identifiers and is governed by Google’s privacy practices.
Google Tag Manager — Pestora may use Google Tag Manager to manage the tags described above. Tag Manager itself is a tag-delivery tool; the data collected depends on the tags it loads.
Pestora does not currently use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, session-recording tools or call-tracking numbers on this website. If we add tools like these, we will update this policy.
Your cookie choices
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and manage Google advertising personalization at adssettings.google.com. Blocking necessary cookies may affect how the website works.
How We Share Information
Pestora does not sell or rent customer personal information.
We also do not sell or share SMS opt-in consent or mobile information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Service providers
Pestora shares information with trusted vendors and service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the business and provide services. Depending on the service, these may include:
- Website hosting and WordPress/website technology providers
- Analytics and advertising/conversion-measurement providers (currently Google, as described above)
- GorillaDesk, the platform we use to manage scheduling, service records, quotes and invoices
- Stripe and other payment processors
- Email and text-messaging service providers used to send our communications
- Automation or integration tools that connect these systems
- Professional advisers such as accountants, attorneys and insurers
Not every provider receives every customer’s information. Providers are expected to use information only to perform services for Pestora.
Embedded third-party content
Pages on this website may embed content or tools from third parties (for example, Google services). When you interact with embedded content, the provider may collect information under its own privacy practices.
Legal and business disclosures
Pestora may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or respond to lawful requests from government, regulatory or legal authorities; to protect Pestora’s rights or property; to prevent fraud or misuse; to protect the safety of customers, employees or others; or to complete a business transaction if the company is ever reorganized, sold or merged, subject to applicable law.
Data Retention
Pestora retains personal and service information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, maintain customer and service records, satisfy accounting requirements, comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and maintain legitimate business records. Service and treatment records may be retained for longer periods where pest-control regulations or warranty terms require it.
Your Choices and Privacy Requests
You may contact us at info@pestora.com to request, as applicable, access to the personal information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion of your information.
We will respond within a reasonable time. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal obligations, accounting or regulatory records, active service agreements, dispute resolution or legitimate business-record requirements, so we cannot promise deletion in every circumstance. We will explain if that applies to your request.
You can also opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and manage cookies as described in the Cookies section above.
Security
Pestora uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we handle, including secure hosting, access controls and reputable third-party platforms for service management and payments.
No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot promise absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
Pestora’s website and pest-control services are intended for adults arranging services for their homes and properties. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 was collected improperly, we will take reasonable steps to address it, including deleting the information.
Policy Updates
Pestora may update this Privacy Policy as website technologies, business practices or legal requirements change. Material updates will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after an update means the updated policy applies.
